Grilled Salmon with Mango Pineapple Salsa

6 salmon
5tbsp olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Mango Pineapple Salsa:
2pc small pineapple (chopped)
1pc mango (chopped)
1pc red bell pepper (chopped)
1pc green bell pepper (chopped)
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
3Tbsp lemon juice
3Tbsp lime juice
3Tbsp olive oil
1Tbsp coconut water
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

1. Rub salmon with salt and ground black pepper,
2. Preheat a grill over medium heat add oil.
3. Grill salmon with skin skin side down until crispy then flip and cook briefly on second side.
For pineapple salsa:
1. In a medium bowl toss together pineapple, mango, red green bell pepper, cilantro, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil and coconut water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Serve salmon warm with rice top with pineapple mango salsa.
